Malcolm Stuart Bam

Malcolm's knowledge and understanding of the construction and the development process is invaluable in working with the professional team and driving developments.
After completing his architectural studies he worked in London as a Project Architect on 2 large hospitals. On returning to Cape Town in 2003, he completed his registration as a professional architect and has been involved as Project Architect on various commercial and residential projects. Whilst workinng on Pearl Valley Golf Club House and commercial developments in Century City, he undertook a Masters of Science in Property Studies part time through UCT. He joined Lazercor Development in 2007 and was appointed a Director in 2008.
Michael John Andrew Teuchert

Mike completed his articles of traineeship with one of the Big Four Auditing firms in 1987. After a four year period at the South African Revenue Service in Durban, Mike joined a private bank as a Project and Corporate Finance Consultant and was involved in structured lending finance transactions to the corporate sector. Whilst working for the private bank, Mike completed his Post Graduate Higher Diploma in Taxation at the University of Natal.
He then joined a Mechanical Engineering firm as their Financial Manager. In March 1995, Mike joined a mid sized auditing firm in Cape TOwn as Tax Manager. Three years later Mike was made a partner specialising in taxation. Mike is a Chartered Accountant with more than 10 years commerial experience, which includes Project Finance, Tax Consulting and Financial Management.
