The bespoke facility consists of a 535m2 maintenance building, a 281 m2 administration building together with 3500 m2 of yards space for the stacking, storing and sorting of formwork and scaffholding. Forma is an authorized distributor of the Spanish made Ulma formwork and scaffolding, one of the leading formwork and scaffolding brands in Europe.
The landlord and tenant noted that the facility far exceed their expectations.
The professional team consisted of GM Quantity Surveyors, Jan Ras Architects Group and Moroff and Kuhn Consulting Engineers and QDP Lighting and Electrical Design.
