Wiehahn Formwork and Scaffolding is the sole distributor of the Peri Formwork and Scaffolding product, a German product which is a Global leader in Formwork and Scaffold. The bespoke facility comprised of a 510 m2 maintenance facility, a 238 m2 administration facility and 6 600 m2 of yard space.
Following strict adherence to tender processes and thorough research on contractors reference, Nitruco Construction was appointed. Thanks to the great working relationship that was built up between the professional team and the contractor, the development was successfully completed on time together with the cost saving of about R1.7 m.
The professional team consisted of GM Quantity Surveyors, Jan Ras Archites Group and Moroff and Kuhn Consulting Engineers and QDP Lighting and Electrical Design.
